Location: Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager as part of our growing Sales team based out of our Abu Dhabi office. This position will be responsible adding value to a company by extending its accounts to company partners. Relationships with these partners must remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both companies. The main objective of an alliance manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as performance of the company.
What You’ll Do, but not limited to:
- Create and optimize sales processes, data and applications that support the sales teams
- Administration of Salesforce and other sales systems, including integrations and vendor management
- Implement product and territory modules in Salesforce
- Development and ownership of the revenue models and GTM plan, including sales, marketing and customer success targets, supporting hiring plans and crucial metric inputs that require ongoing monitoring and
- Business analytics reporting and analysis, with a particular focus on early warning signals emerging in data trends and mitigating actions
- Provide accurate forecasts based on pipeline, close ratios, and deal inputs from sales teams
- Ongoing ownership of closed deal reviews and approvals to ensure closed deal reviews and approvals to ensure closed contracts represent billable revenue and that all appropriate data is collected for proper invoicing
- Quota modelling and setting; ownership of commission plan and payout related processes
- Partner with sales and marketing on accounts and contact acquisition that fuels outbound demand generation activities
- Develop and implement written rules of engagement as the sales team scales
- Upswell opportunity and churn risk reporting and triggering
- Be an operational and strategic thinker when it comes to scaling the business and improving processes
- Hire, train, motivate and lead a supporting sales operations team
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field
- Proven 5- 10 + years of work experience in sales
- Demonstrated collaborative attitude, both internally and
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Working experience with SalesForce
